MCMDO’s Head Office team and field coordinators convened to review the implementation of Health, Nutrition, and WASH interventions across the Tigray Region. The meeting provided an opportunity to assess progress, discuss operational challenges, identify practical solutions, and strengthen coordination to enhance the quality and timeliness of humanitarian assistance.
Participants shared updates from the field, reflected on key achievements and lessons learned, and discussed practical solutions to address implementation challenges. The review also focused on strengthening coordination between the Head Office and field teams, improving reporting and information sharing, and ensuring that interventions remain responsive to the evolving needs of conflict-affected communities.
The meeting reaffirmed MCMDO’s commitment to quality programming, accountability, and continuous learning. Through strong teamwork and effective coordination, the organization continues to enhance the delivery of integrated humanitarian services that protect lives, restore dignity, and support the recovery of vulnerable communities.
