The Integrated Multisectoral Rapid-Life Saving Response Project addresses urgent humanitarian
needs among communities affected by conflict, disease outbreaks, displacement, and acute
malnutrition across nine priority locations in the Tigray Region. Through an integrated Health,
Nutrition, and WASH approach, the project delivers life-saving services while strengthening local
health systems and improving access to essential healthcare, nutrition, safe water, and sanitation.
Key interventions include mobile health services, maternal and child healthcare, disease
surveillance, immunization, treatment of acute malnutrition, infant and young child feeding
support, rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities, hygiene promotion, and community
engagement. Protection is mainstreamed across all interventions to ensure assistance is delivered
safely, equitably, and with dignity, helping communities recover and build resilience.
