OUR LEADERSHIP
MCMDO has 317 staff (109 females and 208 male). Nearly 90 percent of staffs operationally present at Branch office and filed office levels in all corners in the country. The HQ only consists not more than 10 percent but fully coordinate the overall implementation under MCMDO Presence and engagement in sub regions in the Meet our leadership teams who manage our Humanitarian and Development programs and drive our efforts to end vulnerable groups in all regions of the country.
