Slot B: Non-Medical Equipment and Furniture for Health Facilities – for 36 health facilities

Slot C: Hand Pump and Water Scheme Maintenance Tools and Spare Parts – for 72 water schemes

Slot D: Sanitation and Hygiene Cleaning Materials

Key Dates

• Bid Submission Deadline: 26 June 2026 at 4:00 PM
• Bid Opening Date: 01 July 2026 at 10:00 AM
• Expected Contract Signing: 06 July 2026

Submission

• Possess a valid trade license for the current year.
• Provide a renewed Certificate of Competency.
• Submit VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Demonstrate the capacity to deliver supplies within ten (10) days of contract award.
• Align with MCMDO’s mission, vision, and ethical standards.
